Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions: In these terms, "the Casino" refers to Golden Madness Casino (Golden Madness Casino), a business operated by Golden Entertainment Group Limited.

2. License: The Casino is licensed under the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC). This license only covers our services in respect of gambling which we offer through this website and/or mobile apps.

4. 6. Username and Password: It's your responsibility to keep confidential any username and/or password that may be required to access an account on our site or app.

7. Transactions: The Casino does not charge for deposits made into accounts, but a withdrawal fee may apply depending on the method used (see section 10 below).

8. Winnings: Winnings in relation to games provided by third parties are governed by their own terms and conditions.

9. Responsible Gaming: We take your account management very seriously. This includes limiting stakes, betting amounts or losses over a specified period of time; if you do reach such limits (or want them set), please let us know so that these can be applied to all games played.

10. Withdrawal Requests and Limitations: The Casino aims to process all withdrawal requests within three days of receiving them, but may not always achieve this due to technical issues or bank processing times beyond our control. Daily/Weekly/Monthly limits apply on withdrawals (see section 12).

11. Banking Information and Terms: You agree that you will comply with any applicable laws in your jurisdiction relating to banking transactions when using the Services provided by us.

12. General Terms of Use

    a) The Casino is not responsible for any delays or failures to perform its obligations under these terms and conditions due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control;

    b) Our liability (if we are found liable at all, which we reserve the right to dispute in full) will be limited as per section 13 below.

13. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Casino's aggregate total liability arising out of or related to these terms exceed £1000 except in cases where it has been determined that such limit is unreasonable by a court having jurisdiction.

14. Changes To These Terms and Conditions

    a) We may change any provision within this document (and those incorporated into its meaning) at our discretion, always subject however that you will be notified of any significant alterations through the Services in question;

    b) Your continued use of the Casino's services constitutes acceptance by yourself of these changed terms.

15. Governing Law: The laws of England and Wales shall apply to all disputes arising out of or in relation to these terms, subject always to our right to challenge jurisdiction where such is not fair and reasonable under applicable law.

16. Entire Agreement: These terms together with any rules or guidance set forth within the website itself constitute your entire agreement between you (or any relevant third party on whose behalf you may act) and us in relation to this contract; all prior statements, representations, warranties etc., being hereby excluded as having no force whatsoever.

17. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond its control including acts of God (such as natural disasters), war, riot, embargos, and civil unrest.

18. Electronic Signature

    a) Upon submitting your application online, you agree that this forms part of the contractual terms governing these services;

    b) The Casino will act on all electronic instructions given by yourself regarding transactions under our agreement in accordance with these provisions above.

19. Notices: Any notice required or permitted to be served upon one party under this Agreement must be served personally, via post (but only if delivered correctly), email or otherwise as reasonably directed from time-to-time.

20. Disputes

    a) If there's an issue arising between us which can't easily be resolved through direct communication with each other then we will follow any applicable procedures before referring matters to external experts such as mediators/arbitrators, or courts of law;

    b) Any dispute resolution processes chosen by you must comply with requirements set forth within relevant regulations like consumer protection laws.

21. Jurisdiction: In the event that a court order is required or appropriate to enforce our rights under these terms then this will be heard exclusively in an English court located at Chancery Lane, London EC4A 2BB
